Who can complain:
Anyone who has either verbally or physically attended for consultation from the service provider
Anyone that has attended the clinic for treatment or follow up review
Anyone who has been refused service
How to complain:
If any persons would like to comment or file a complaint at any time, they may do so either directly to Sally Gray.
